001 ニホンノオンナノコ japnese girl
001 ニホンノオンナノコ originこの作品は、このシリーズの起源となる女の子の肖像画です。このシリーズは、動物たちから着想を得た、中性的な肖像画シリーズです。動物たちは、生きる場所を失いつつあります。私は彼らの命の美しさ、強さ、そして儚さに、ずっと胸を打たれてきました。けれど、私は直接彼らを助けることができません。
だから私は、私にできるかたちで「声」を描くことにしました。描いた作品の売上はWWFなど、動物を守る団体に寄付する予定です。これは、私なりの祈りです。よかったら、彼らのまなざしに触れてください。This work is the origin of the series, a portrait of a girl.
This series is a collection of gender-neutral portraits inspired by animals.
Many of them are suffering as their habitats are destroyed by human activity.
I’ve always been moved by the beauty, strength, and fragility of their lives.
I can’t help them directly—but I can paint their voices in my own way.
These artworks will be sold as NFTs・goods, and part of the proceeds will be donated to organizations like WWF.
This is my way of offering a prayer.
If you feel something in their gaze, I hope you’ll stay a while.
002 LC フナシセイキチョウ
この作品は、フナシセイキチョウという鳥をもとに描きました。ふわふわしていそうな、でもすべすべにも見える不思議な質感の体、青くて少し紫がかったくちばし、白のアイライン、まるくて小さい体、とても美しいと思いました。フナシセイキチョウは、主に東南アジアや中国南部の森林に生息しています。
IUCNレッドリストでは【LC（低懸念）】に分類されていますが、生息地の減少が進んでいるとも言われています。This artwork is based on a bird called the Grey-chinned Minivet (Funa-shiseikichou in Japanese).Its body has a mysterious texture—fluffy yet silky smooth. A bluish, slightly purplish beak, white eyeliner, and a small, round body.
I still remember clearly the moment I saw its photo and thought, “What a beautiful bird.”The Grey-chinned Minivet inhabits forests mainly in Southeast Asia and southern China.
It is classified as “LC (Least Concern)” on the IUCN Red List, but habitat loss is said to be progressing.
003 VU ユキヒョウ
WWFの広告でこの動物を見て、描くことを決めました。
危機にあることを、作品を通して伝えたいと思ったからです。ユキヒョウは、ふわふわとした白い体毛に、黒くて美しい模様をまとっています。
その姿はとても強くて、かっこよくて、でもどこか可愛らしさもあります。
はむ、としっぽをくわえる姿を見られることがあり、本当に愛らしいです。だからこそ、彼らの数が減っているという事実に胸が痛みます。ユキヒョウ（Panthera uncia）は中央アジアの高山地帯に生息し、IUCNレッドリストでは【VU（危急種）】に指定されています。
生息地の減少や密猟などの影響を受け、現在の推定個体数は約4,000〜6,000頭ほどです。———This piece is inspired by the Snow Leopard (Panthera uncia, VU – Vulnerable).
I first saw this animal in a WWF ad and immediately felt I had to draw it.Their soft, thick fur and elegant black spots are stunning.
They’re strong and majestic, but also have an adorable side—
like when they play with their tails.Sadly, their numbers are decreasing.
Only around 4,000 to 6,000 are believed to remain in the wild.
004 EN インドシナトラ
この作品も、WWFの広告を見て描こうと決めました。
「絶滅寸前」という言葉が、強く心に残ったからです。インドシナトラ（Panthera tigris corbetti）は、主に東南アジアの森林に生息していました。
しかし、骨や皮などを目的とした密猟が後を絶たず、個体数は急激に減少。
IUCNレッドリストでは【EN（絶滅危惧種）】に指定されています。首元には、命を象徴するように、トラの牙のアクセサリーを描きました。
本当は、牙などいらないはずなのに、彼らはそのせいで命を奪われてしまう。
その矛盾や痛みを、少しでも伝えられたらと思っています。———This piece is inspired by the Indochinese tiger (Panthera tigris corbetti, EN – Endangered).
I first saw it in a WWF ad, where I learned how close it is to extinction.These tigers once roamed Southeast Asia, but poaching—especially for bones and skin—has brought their numbers dangerously low.I placed a fang-like accessory around the neck in this piece, as a symbol of life.
Ironically, it’s also the very reason their lives are taken.
005 VU ライオン
次の作品は、ライオンです。ライオンの赤ちゃんの生存率は、およそ20%。
大人になってからも、狩りの成功率はたった30%ほどと言われています。
もともと、生きるだけでも過酷な動物です。そんな彼らが今、人の手によってさらに追い詰められています。
農地拡大による生息地の喪失、獲物となる草食動物の減少、人間による駆除。
そして「観光」と称して行われるライオンハントという行為も、まだ存在しています。「百獣の王」と呼ばれる彼らですが、その姿の裏にある弱さや危うさに、私は目を向けたくなりました。ライオン（Panthera leo）はIUCNレッドリストにおいて【VU（危急種）】に指定されています。———This piece is inspired by the Lion (Panthera leo, VU – Vulnerable).Only 1 in 5 lion cubs survive.
Even adults succeed in just 3 out of 10 hunts.
They live on the edge, even before human threats begin.But now, habitat loss, prey decline, and human conflict are pushing them further.
And even today, trophy hunting for tourism still exists.They’re known as kings—but they are fragile too.
This portrait holds space for that quiet truth.
006 LC カラカル
今回の作品は、カラカルです。ピンと立った長い黒い耳がとても印象的で、
しなやかな筋肉のラインと、ふわふわの毛並みを併せ持つ美しい動物です。乾燥した地域に暮らし、砂のような体色で身を隠しながら、
狩りのときは驚くほど慎重に、そして力強く行動します。
時には、3メートル以上もジャンプして鳥を捕らえることもあるのだそう。私はその姿を思いながら、小鳥の羽をモチーフにイヤリングをつけました。カラカル（Caracal caracal）はIUCNレッドリストにおいて【LC（軽度懸念種）】に分類されていますが、
一部地域では生息地の喪失や人との軋轢により、個体数の減少も懸念されています。———This piece is inspired by the Caracal (Caracal caracal, LC – Least Concern).Their long, black-tipped ears are striking,
and they carry a powerful grace—muscular yet soft and fluffy.Caracals live in arid landscapes and blend in with their sandy-colored coats.
They hunt with incredible precision, sometimes leaping over 3 meters to catch birds.For this portrait, I imagined their elegance and added bird-feather earrings to reflect their unique way of hunting.Although they are listed as Least Concern, some local populations are at risk due to habitat loss and conflict with humans.
